Return/Exchange Policy

FREE (worry-free) Returns or Exchanges

It is a privilege to have you as one of our customers and our mission at CARLA SHAW Sustainable Fashion is provide you with the best shopping experience possible.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible upon the delivery of your jewelry by sending us an email at carla@carlashawfashion.com . Include your order # and the reason for your return.

We will then email you a pre-paid label so that you can return the item(s).  The exchanges and returns are done at no cost to you!

Please know that all returns must be made within 45 days* of the delivery (if purchased on line) or purchase (if purchased was made in person) date. 

The returned piece(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging. Upon inspection of the returned piece(s) the process is initiated for the customer to be refunded to the original method of payment.  It usually takes from 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be completed.

We at CARLA SHAW Sustainable Fashion reserve the right not to accept a return if the conditions are not met.

However we hope you will never have to use this policy! :)
