The bark of the legendary Quina tree, native to South America, contains the widely used medicinal quinine. These trees also provide the leaves used in these curvy and absolutely stunning earrings - available in 18K-gold (or silver plus rhodium). These earrings are cut to shape and with each layer of the gold (or silver)

We also offer the same leaf in an adjustable necklace, in a choker, and in two other sizes of earrings (large and small).  Look them up!

Just Right!

From the first step in the door purchasing my latest Carla Shaw earrings was a fun experience. Carla was warm and welcoming. She talked to me about each of the pieces I was considering, the origin of the pieces and how they were created. I tried on a bunch of pairs before I settled on the Quina earrings. They just felt right for me. Since every piece is different I got to choose which pair of Quina earrings I liked best. The packaging itself is an experience, with cards describing the meaning of the Quina leaf and Carla Shaw Jewelry, and even a sample leaf. The experience was worth it, but the earrings are even better.
